COUNTY OF CURRITUCK PUBLIC NOTICE SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY An offer of $3,000 has been submitted for the purchase of certain property owned by Currituck County, more particularly described as a residential structure located at 112 Milburn Sawyer Road, Powells Point, NC.
